Texas A&M University Emergency Medical Services is a campus-based emergency medical provider that responds to emergencies on the Texas A&M campus. Texas A&M University EMS offers its services to all students, faculty, staff, and visitors on the Texas A&M campus and community.
Texas A&M University EMS is located on the second floor of A.P. Beutel Health Center and operates 24 hours a day continuously throughout the year. It is our commitment to provide superior patient care using the latest technologies and equipment. Texas A&M University EMS answers ~900-1000 calls for emergency requests each year. Along with emergencies, Texas A&M University EMS provides medical coverage for hundreds of medical standbys and special events.
Texas A&M University EMS is composed with over 100 staff members, with many of the members being current or former Texas A&M University students. Each medical provider is certified by the Texas Department of States Heath Services as an EMT-B, EMT-I, or Paramedic regardless of their student affiliation.
If you have an emergency that requires EMS, Police, or Fire, simply call 911, regardless of whether you are using a landline or cell phone.
